When copying parts from estimates to actuals, the features (To actuals for all, button on each part line) that copy can't fill it in for you when you have it in 2 or more bins, so you need to fill it in.

You will see this message pop up (depending on how fast you enter the bin and whether you are connected to the internet). If it is only in a few bins, and normally 2 or 3 would be a lot, then when you click the down arrow it will tell you the choices. Of course normally you should know exactly what bin you took them out of.
