Anitvirus repeatedly scan MC before letting it run

MC is an encrypted unsigned file default.asp, and a few others.

If the anti-virus on your system or our SaaS triggers, and it does from time to time, it can cause a long delay in load time - your screen is grey.

Because the file is encrypted, most (maybe all) antivirus software will repeatedly scan it, looking for 'new' issues, or not even recording that it has already scanned it.

MCe uses a 'most trusted' signing authority so anti virus software doesn't scan it

MCe is a signed package with a very trusted signing authority so it doesn't run into this issue that we have ever seen or been reported. Many years ago, when we signed it with a 'low cost' signing authority we did routinely run into the same issue.
