When you get an error "The license issue date is greater than today (this may because you created the license around midnight and the license sever & your timezone are not the same)." it means that the person who created the license either:

• Created it to start on a future date on purpose or by mistake or far more common, while technically the same:
• Created it before midnight server time, but AFTER midnight 'their' time. So it is set to start 'tomorrow' from the server's perspective

Either way this is a very rare error and it will let you install the license as soon as the server date is equal to the assigned start date.
