So why, as in the 2 screen shots below, is the list of users different depending on who is looking at the list?

Same database … how can this be?

• It could be that 'your' visible repair centers are different from 'my' visible repair centers. I see the users in all the repair centers I'm allowed to see, you see the users in all the repair centers that you are allowed to see.
• Default criteria may be set that will change. For example in the above, the person searching on the left had UNSET the "Include Unset". You normally want the criteria to be as follows:

So the person on the left above, was saying "Don't show me anyone who doesn't have a shop" so they didn't show up.

To see the criteria, go into the popup (the more powerful version) and check the criteria.
