As of version 2025, Accruent's MC still requires .NET 4.8 for some of it's software.

As of 2026.03.10 some of Microsoft's upgraders do not work on all systems.

If you get an "object not found" error trying to upgrade from 4.7 (or other) to 4.8, you will need to get a newer installer. As of 2025.03.10 the following link

has a 4.8.1 upgrade

that may work better for you if you are running an OS that it supports (see their dependency, which circa 2025.03.10 could be found at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/install/versions-and-dependencies.)
