In the help user manual, report manual we are repeatedly asked in MC 2025 to Accept All Cookies, every page we navigate to, and sometimes in the navigation tree.

And while we never supported MC 2023 due to several, in our opinion, serious bugs, MC 2023 also did this, but MC 2022 didn't/doesn't. So for us this is 'new' in 2025.

This is not a browser setting, the same browsers running against a MC 2022 do not have this issue. Verified 2026.03 under: Edge, Chrome, Shift browsers.

This bug has been reported to Accruent by some dealers/customers since Accruent shipped MC 2023.

This bug is present when running in the browser and when running in the "Desktop App for MC" as it can't be intercepted and fixed by the app.
