Choose Database Screen
How do we change the name or email address

When logging in, you may be presented with a choose database screen. On the database picker, there is an "Administrator' name and email.

SaaS

If you are on one of our SaaSs, just send a message to support@MaintenanceConnection.ca, ideally include a screen shot so we can see which database, and let us know the correct values. We'll get them changed for you.

On Prem

If you are on prem (your company hosts/manages your Maintenance Connection installation), your IT staff needs to run mcconfig.exe on the server and change them.
