In the example below, at the top of the screen you see it says "CINDYA-8" but at the bottom, the logout says "CINDYA"? This was even more confusing because in the database there was also a "CINDYA" as an employee.

While normally those two are the same in MC, they are not required to be the same.

• The Labour ID value may come from/be a reference to another system
• The User may have access to different databases, and the rules for LaborID may not be the same between the two

In the case above:

The first is the Labour Id: "CINDYA-8"

The second is the username "CINDYA"

To avoid confusion, you will normally want the two to be the same, but as there is no requirement for them to be the same and times where they can't be they may be different.
