Accruent MC doesn't copy all the fields when you copy. It does copy most.

The following fields are examples of fields that aren't copied, and can cause issues such as headers not showing up.

Check after copying. If you notice other fields, please let us know so we can pass it on to Accruent and add it into here until it is fixed.

We haven't tried every field to see what else is missing, this bug has been in existence for years (these fields not copying over was reported to Accruent several years ago) and Accruent has not documented which fields are not copied nor the reason. So just be aware when you copy and check aspects that are important to you.
