This requires SQL to go in and turn them all inactive/active, or it means manually turning them all off/on.

This is extremely rare and requires someone with (some) knowledge of SQL to have caused it.

This document therefore doesn't have much because it will require Professional Services to help if you have run SQL to turn them off.

Ideally, to save you money, you will start by telling us what SQL you ran. If not - our Professional services will start to diagnose at your request.

It takes extra work (costs more) but we can also go through the audit history and usually find out who did this and when.
