If you are sending a link to someone in your organization who can log into MCe (and if you have more than one database, can log into the same database):

You go to the document and cut and paste the whole link and text/email whatever it to them.

However if you are sending to someone who can't log in to your MCe & Database, you need to send the link from the generic docs system.

If you already have the file, perhaps it is something like this:

The myCompany.mycmms.ca/mce/#/db/MCCSALES/onlineDocs/ parts won't work, it requires them to be logged in or be able to log in. So instead you copy the ugly looking stuff near the end:

NxkvynrW6j68nl68pql9pG5JE

and you add it to the generic doc link that doesn't require logging in:

https://dev.maintenanceconnection.ca/mce/#/docs/

Then combine the two to get:

https://dev.maintenanceconnection.ca/mce/#/docs/NxkvynrW6j68nl68pql9pG5JE

The /?view=t at the end can be ignored or included, it won't matter.
